NFL Betting – Dolphins Look To End Winless Skid With Trip To New York

When you consider the way that the Miami Dolphins fell apart in the final minutes of their loss to the Denver Broncos at home last Sunday, it’s hard to figure out how head coach Tony Sparano has managed to keep his job. Sparano watched on from the sidelines as his team surrendered 15 unanswered points in the final three minutes of regulation, before a fumble by quarterback Matt Moore led to the Broncos’ game-winning field goal in overtime. Winless through six NFL games, things won’t get any easier for Miami this weekend when they travel to face the New York Giants, but the real question mark is on whether or not things can actually get any worse.

Miami Dolphins @ New York Giants (-10.5)

Sunday, 1:00 PM ET

The Giants have suffered a couple of serious sports betting hiccups that they could have done without, including a 36-25 loss to the lowly Seattle Seahawks at home that put an end to a three-game winning streak. The fact that New York has already overcome a ton of injuries to get to four wins is impressive, but they have been far too undisciplined at times, and head coach Tom Coughlin has to be wary of another letdown after the 14-day layoff that came with their bye. Of the Dolphins’ six losses, four of them have been by 10 points or less, and if they have any sense of intertops respect and determination they should be able to at least keep this one competitive.
